Services | Import into Sweden
Currently, the Swedish Board of Agriculture classifies countries to four main categories that have different import requirements. This classification considers the efficiency of the rabies control system in each country. Special rules apply for Norway and Malaysia.
Here is a summary of the import regulations to Sweden. We assume that your pet is traveling as Cargo. In general, less requirements are applicable when you are traveling with your own pet. For more details, please check the Board of Agriculture Website.
