I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful service. Baby Forlan arrived in wonderful condition and very happy. Here is a cute picture of him in my garden. Jana, I will call you later and share some more photos with you – your baby is fine!!!! I have imported three Afghan Hounds from Sweden and on each occassion Scandipet have been so efficient, emphathetic and caring. Finally the kitties have been delivered at their new temporary home, in excellent condition and quite relaxed. Debbie, I cannot tell you how much we appreciate the support you have given, and that you took them in and looked after them at Christmas. They clearly thrived on the attention :) Please let me know if I need to make an additional payment to you or Solglantans for the extra days / food / anything else. Thanks again to both of you for the excellent service - of all the things that had to come from Stockholm to Johannesburg, this is the only one that went smoothly and stress-free, and probably the most important one (as we humans understand stress and can deal with it). Well Laila (Miss Li) touched down safely yesterday, and I believe is safe & sound in quarantine as I type, I have yet to be able to get thru on the phone to them, but I am sure they would have telephoned me if anything was not good. I am able to visit my new girl tomorrow, Friday for the first time. I want to thank you very very much for your wonderful, personalized & friendly service.. and would not hesitate to contact you again should I go the import again.. Hannah arrived safely in Singapore at 11:15 this morning. It was a very smooth process getting her through the AVA inspection- all the papers and the seal(s) were in perfect order! Even the airline declaration was handed to me personally as I picked her up from the airfreight center :) Thank you so very much for the effort and patience in handling Hannah's flight arrangements and paperwork and ensuring the process was as painless and fuss-free as it could have possibly been given the circumstances. I'm not sure I would have survived the stress if not for your assistance and reassurance! Thank you once again, Debbie! I am so relieved and happy to have her in my home and in my arms! We are finally starting to settle in new place! We are still so tired from our long journey, but so happy that we have each other! Elsa was very frightened at the Cargo center when we picked her up, but now she is very relaxed! Now she is sitting in front of the balcony looking for a squirrel!!
